Their Real Estate department has been at the forefront of innovation, as they keep up with the ever-changing complexity and sophistication of the market within the UK and globally.

Their high-performing Knowledge team is looking to add a Senior Knowledge Lawyer with a strong background within the Real Estate industry to contribute to their growth and act as a crucial part of their wider Real Estate department.

The Real Estate practice takes on a plethora of projects in many different areas including Real Estate Financing, Investment Transactions, Landlord and Tennant matters, Corporate Occupier matters, Portfolio Deals and Energy Projects to name a few.

About the role

• Acting as the 'go-to' person for lawyers to discuss legal and regulatory issues faced during transactions and projects whilst providing assistance with Legal Research
• Maintaining existing and drafting new precedents, including high-complexity documentation.
• Maintaining existing and drafting new (from scratch) practice notes in complex areas of the Law.
• Delivery and preparation of Legal training to Associates, Partners and Clients.
• Contributing to internal and external publications, podcasts or seminars working with internal stakeholders to identify topics of interest.

About you

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales, with strong legal experience in Real Estate Law and operating at a senior level.
• Experience with regulatory research and horizon scanning activities.
• Strong experience with drafting and reviewing legal documentation.
• Experience with designing and delivering effective, interesting and innovative training programmes.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management.
