Senior Management Accountant, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire

Key Duties:-
Perform monthly legal entity trial balance P&L and balance sheet reviews for a portfolio of entities.
Partner with FP&A to provide input and improve accuracy of forecasts and investigate movements in account balances.
Preparation of regional reporting package schedules.
Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations for GL accounts including accruals, prepayments, payroll for entities across the region.
Work closely with business partners across the region including FP&A, HR, Marketing, etc. to improve processes and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
Identification of process improvement and efficiency enhancement opportunities.
Support preparation of statutory financial statements and statutory audits for specific entities.
Perform ad-hoc strategic analysis in support of new businesses/initiatives.
Maintain and review documented procedures and ensure compliance with various requirements.

The successful candidate will be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and enjoys taking real ownership for their work and help contribute to a common goal of growth. Hybrid working is in place with circa 2 days in the office and the rest from home.
