The Senior Manager will deputise for and support the NSM and will be responsible for creating and maintaining key business relations with senior management, including LBCM Board members and service partners.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead and co-ordinate ECP risk assessment activities and related ECP control testing requirements;
  • Promote LBCM UK’s ECP requirements and build trust with service partners, senior colleagues and Board members – ensuring business needs are understood and effectively met;

  • Provide ECP specialist advice and support to the LBCM UK business;
  • Supervise receipt of ECP services provided by the shared service and make risk appetite decisions for the LBCM UK business;
