Senior Manager, International Tax

Full Job Description

Join a high-performing Big 4 tax team in London focusing on international tax structuring for multinational businesses. As a Senior Manager within this team, you will handle tax structuring, international tax planning, and complex tax advisory projects for some of the world's largest and most complex organizations. You will not be working on the front line of M&A deals, rather getting involved in the work directly leading up to deals (ie. due diligence, financing etc) and then picking up on tax structuring projects post-M&A (reorganisations, restructuring, disposals etc).

Your role will include:

• Providing expert international UK tax advisory services to support client objectives.
• Leading diverse projects including tax structuring, reorganizations, and global tax policy changes.
• Overseeing projects from conception through to delivery
• Delivering front line technical analysis whilst driving projects forward
• Managing tax risk and providing wise counsel to clients and internal stakeholders alike
• Mentoring junior team members

You will need to be a qualfified ACA / CTA (or equivalent) with a strong UK tax technical background combined with an understanding of international tax structuring. You will need to be an excellent communicator with strong analytical, project managment and problem-solving skills. You may currently be working in another Big 4 firm in an international tax, M&A tax, or tax structuring role, or you may equally be working in a law firm or in-house tax department. The firm will consider applicants from a broad range of backgrounds and the roles could be housed in one of a number of locations.
