Role:                    Senior Manager – Loan IQ - Target Operating Model, LendingOperations

Location:  Hybrid role,working from home and London office

Start:                    February2024

Duration:             6 months (inside IR35/umbrella company)


THE ROLE


This is an exciting opportunity tojoin Deloitte Operations for an engagement with one of our premiere InvestmentBanking clients, within their Wholesale Lending Operations Division, as part ofthe operational readiness and transformation department.

The role holder will work with thebusiness stakeholders, operations users, controls team, technology teams, UATtest manager and all other stakeholders to understand current business processand work to design Target Operating Model and associated requirementsdocumentation for Wholesale Lending migration to Loan IQ platform.


The role on a day to day basis:


  • Follow agreed design principles to inform and support TargetOperating Model processes, with aims to Simplify, Standardise and Automate, driveout recommendations around Process, System and Organisational structure.
  • Support all governance activities with robust planning,scheduling, documentation and sign-offs are delivered.
  • Key stakeholder liaison role to drive the documentation ofbusiness requirements, process flows, current vs future gap analysis and anysupporting data analysis with all stakeholders including technology and operationspartners. 
  • Engagement with Controls and Rigour teams and confirm alltarget processes are defined to enable robust controls to be implemented.



We are looking to engage withindividuals who have the following skills/experience.

Essential:
  • Must have significant LoanIQ experience
  • Previousexperience of rolling out strategic and tactical change across a largeorganization, understanding of Target Operating Model (TOM) and ability tounderstand and document detailed processes
  • Experience ofCorporate and IB Lending processes and procedures
  • Ability to drivestrategic Business process design, associate workflow and documentation.
  • Ability to runworkshops, document outcomes and ability to deal with various stakeholders.
  • Experienced atstakeholder management including working with Front Office, Operations, andTechnology counterparts
  • Looking for experience in Secondary Trading and Syndicate lending
  • Lending BAUOperational experience including Secondary Loan Trading / Primary Syndication /Markets (nonSLT)
  • Stakeholder management (with risk, finance, tech stakeholders)
Desirable :
  • Experience incurrent state analysis, pain point and opportunity identification, targetstate.
  • Experience ofusing Agile project management would be preferred
  • Knowledge andexperience of working closely with IT, Transformation and Change areas.
  • Ability to run workshops
