Full Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Capital Allocation & Business Control to join us in Hammersmith.

The Senior Manager, Capital Allocation & Business Control (FP&A) is responsible for managing the long range planning processes (both the annual Plan of Record process and the monthly Long Range Roll process), as well as being responsible for to provide insightful commentary and recommendations to the VP and MD, CABC as t his role is considered essential to deliver a realistic outlook for the future direction of the Group, only an analytical and innovative mind, but someone with the capacity to collaborate with and influence a wide group of stakeholders within the business.

What will you be doing?

  • Ownership and development of Plan of Record / Long Range Roll model and coordination and management of all long range planning processes

  • Business partnering with Opco and Central department leads, to aid company-wide understanding of LRR / POR and ensure alignment with Group Financial Planning

  • Driving simplification and automation initiatives to deliver ways of working efficiencies in all long range planning activities

  • Translating monthly actuals, roll and budget into a financial outlook by:

  • Responsible for OpCo financial performance monitoring and benchmarking

  • Responsible for performance monitoring of Compensation Schemes

  • Development, coaching and day-to-day management of two direct reports

  • Owner of SOX control performance and monitoring requirements for LRR/POR process and Annual Bonus scheme

Essential:

  • Professional Accountancy Qualification

  • Post qualification experience within a commercial finance environment

  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrable experience business partnering and senior stakeholder management

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • In depth knowledge of Excel modelling

  • Ability to produce high quality analysis, conclusions and output in a timely fashion for use by senior management and/or decision makers
