Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager , UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• the user needs by identifying their goals, expectations, and the tasks they want to accomplish using the AI interface.
• User Flows based on user needs by identifying the step-by-step paths users will take, along with key information and interactions required at each step to accomplish their goals.
• and categorize information in a logical and intuitive manner to ensure users experience a seamless flow.
• hierarchies and design navigation systems to help users navigate and prioritize information they need.
• Interaction Models for the users that facilitate complex interactions (like input data, receive recommendations, or interact with conversational agents) and make them easy to understand and follow.
• design tools to create prototypes and mockups to provide a view of the proposed interface and user experience.
• with stakeholders, including data scientists and developers, to ensure the information architecture aligns with the capabilities and limitations of the AI system.
• persona designs, user journey maps, and user stories to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points to ensure that the user requirements are effectively addressed.
• current with industry trends, tools, and best practices, driving continuous improvement and innovation in UI/UX design.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Ddegree in any field in Computer Applications/Multimedia and communication skills – ability to interact with clients, team members of the project team
• Ability to comprehend drafts/storyboards and instructions and rightly translate them into graphics/media elements/animations
• Ability to conceptualize graphics, animations, and page layouts from a given storyboard or graphic description
• skills:

Proven working experience in web programming

• Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
• Programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS

Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, PHP, or Ruby on Rails

Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX

Basic knowledge of image authoring tools (Photoshop/Gimp)

• Invision, Balsamiq
• Office (Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
