ADULT SOCIAL CARE, MANAGING CONSULTANT


I am collaborating with a market-leading boutique Digital Healthcare Consultancy , actively searching for a Director-level Managing Consultant with expertise in Adult Social Care. (One below Partner.) This firm has been recognised for its commitment to employee well-being, alongside its exceptional work.


Do you possess prior experience in Adult Social Care and consulting experience?



Your Essential Experience:


  • 3+ years of experience within management consulting
  • Experience working on change and transformation projects within adult social care, or local government
  • Ability to manage a team; mentor and develop colleagues
  • Business development/Commercial skills
  • Understanding of ASC


Your role will encompass four key responsibilities:


  1. Delivery : Managing consulting engagements within adult social care; workshops; deliverables
  2. Commercial & Relationship Management ; managing stakeholders to maximise profitability
  3. Business Development: using existing networks and growth potential
  4. Quality Assurance – supporting technological advancements and current processes


Salary & Benefits:


  • Base salary range of £90,000-£110,000
  • Bonus and commission structure
  • 25 days of holiday entitlement

  • Hybrid working model allowing remote work unless client presence is requested
