Senior Network Engineer

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Senior Network Engineer to join a Biotech organisation, situated in Oxford, the role is a hybrid model of 2 days per week in office. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering new network features, ensuring security configurations, and actively contributing to the network roadmap's shape. Your expertise will shine as you manage multi-site operations, create comprehensive documentation, and oversee the lifecycle of network devices. With a strong focus on preventative maintenance and troubleshooting, you'll play a vital role in optimizing network performance.

We're looking for a skilled communicator who can bridge the technical gap for non-technical colleagues. Your organizational prowess and attention to detail will drive successful project management. If you're CCNP and/or CCIE certified, that's a plus. Your hands-on experience with various network architectures, security setups, and cloud technologies like AWS will be highly valued. Proficiency in DHCP, DNS, IPAM, and network access control protocols, combined with a knack for problem-solving across the OSI model, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Skills required for the Senior Network Engineer are:
- Enterprise Network Engineer experience
- Expertise with VPN's, Routing & Switching, firewalls etc
- Cloud experience

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 plus benefits including bonus
Location: Oxford, 2 days per week on site
