Job Overview
You'll be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering cutting-edge security solutions. Collaborating closely with customers, you'll design, implement, and support innovative technology solutions, driving business success in an energetic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project-based engineering, from conception to completion with comprehensive documentation.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design and implement innovative technology solutions.
• Develop technical expertise across the client product range, focusing on network design, implementation and security.
• Provide Tier 3/4 technical support and mentor junior engineers.
• Contribute to improving business services and service quality.
Person Specification
Education and Qualifications
• Juniper specialist level exams or Cisco CCNP required.
• Formal accreditation with vendor product sets, particularly Juniper, Checkpoint, Aruba, or Cisco, is desirable.
Experience and Knowledge
• At least five years providing network solutions in a technical support role.
• Experience with at least two of the following vendor products: Juniper, Check Point, Aruba, or Cisco.
• Large-scale deployment and fault finding on complex systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
