- A wealth of experience in telecommunications and IP-based mobile networking, with a preference for knowledge in satellite or mobile communications systems.
- Proven expertise in managing, maintaining, and upgrading operational systems.

- A self-driven, flexible approach, capable of working independently or within a team.
- Familiarity with aeronautical standards and processes, including ICAO, ARINC, RTCA, Eurocae, and Certification.
- Proficiency in networking technology and protocols, IT security practices, Cloud Computing Services, and various operating systems.
- Programming/scripting skills in languages such as C, C++, C#, Perl, Python, Java, HTML, etc.
