Senior Nuclear Systems Modelling Consultant

40,000 - 55,000 per annum
A top engineering and technology consultancy seeks a talented Senior Nuclear Systems Modelling Consultant to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting clients' mission-critical design and safety decisions within the rapidly evolving new-nuclear sector.
What You'll Do

• Develop and refine advanced nuclear systems models (using codes like RELAP, GOTHIC, etc.)
• Analyze fault sequences and transients to ensure safe and optimized design
• Provide expert insight on complex thermohydraulic phenomena
• Guide and support model validation processes

Essentials

• Experience with nuclear systems codes (RELAP, GOTHIC, CATHARE, TRACE, VIPRE, S5K, etc.)
• Robust understanding of thermal hydraulics and multiphase flows
• Relevant degree in Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent experience
• Ability to manage projects independently and communicate effectively with clients

Stand Out with These
