As a Senior Nurse (RGN/RMN) at Find Medic, your role
includes:
- Providing
effective management and leadership to our skilled Nursing and Care
team.
- Ensuring the well-being, safety, and comfort of
all residents, maintaining the highest standards of care.
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations.
- Developing person-centered care plans and consistently
updating them.
- Collaborating with external governing
bodies and agencies to ensure compliance with all statutory
requirements, including record-keeping, documentation, and health and
safety.
Requirements
Requirements for the Senior Nurse (RGN/RMN) role:
- Registered Nurse
Qualification (RGN)
- Valid NMC Pin
- Clear
DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
- Profound
knowledge of the latest clinical practices and CQC (Care Quality
Commission) regulations
