Senior Operations Analyst - New Launch Macro Fund

We are currently working with one of the more exciting hedge fund launches in recent years, as they look to hire an experienced senior operations/middle office professional to support their growth.

After launching around 2 years ago, the company in question have already produced strong returns and are looking to expand the team. The successful candidate will have exposure to a wide range of products, including CDS, Rates and Bonds.

The role itself will be very broad in scope, and have the opportunity to collaborate with all areas of the business. This person will be responsible for all day to day operations of the fund across all asset classes, and have the opportunity to be involved in building out new systems and processes internally.

Ideally, they are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in a similar operations role, with exposure to the same products and also experience using Broadridge. The salary will be very much dependent on what someone can bring to the team from day one, but will likely fall in the £65k-£85k range plus bonus.
