Are you ready to elevate the world of operations and logistics within the realm of luxury?

Our client a beautiful global accessories brand is looking to hire a Senior Operations and Logistics Lead for a period of 12 months.

As a seasoned professional with significant international experience, you will be accountable for a wide range of critical functions including Planning, Logistics, International Shipping, Licensing, Operations, Systems and Legal on a global scale.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of the entire Operations and Logistics function, ensuring seamless coordination across Planning, Logistics, International Shipping, Inventory, Retail Operations, Licensing, Operations and Legal.
• Lead a small team of highly skilled controllers, responsible for Inventory, Shipping and Retail Operations, fostering their growth and development.
• Manage all operational aspects for omni-channel, both UK and International
• Develop and Implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes, streamline logistics networks, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Retail, and Ecommerce to ensure smooth end to end operations and exceptional customer experiences
• Develop detailed financial forecasts and Operational plans

You:

• Proven track record of success in operations and logistics leadership within luxury, accessories or jewellery.
• Extensive experience in international operations, logistics and supply chain management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• An operational and hands on leader
• Proven experience in managing, planning, budgeting, control and reporting
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics, Tableau and Insightly would be desirable.
