We specialise in digital paid campaigns (specifically, Lead Generation). We're the leading agency in the UK & Ireland within the healthcare sector, working with over 250 clients across the UK, Ireland & USA. In 2023 we won the award for the best digital marketing agency within the Care sector. We're currently expanding into new sectors and therefore, looking to expand our team and their skill sets.


Job Description:

The Google Ads/PPC/Paid Search Exec will be responsible for the setup, management, and reporting on all pay per click strategies for our clients.


This role requires self-motivated individuals with a track record of overachieving within a Google Ads and Search Engine Marketing environment. The successful individual will be highly analytical, organised and have strong data capabilities. You'll need a full understanding of the nuances that make paid search campaigns successful. Experience in healthcare or in a start-up marketing agency is a distinct advantage.


The Google Ads/PPC/Paid Search Exec will work closely with our Account Managers to manage the client accounts, gain a complete understanding of the client’s business, goals and expectations to design a bespoke and successful campaign. Working within a highly motivated and dynamic team, the successful candidate will need to be a real team player and collaborative attributes are essential to being successful in this role.


Your Day To Day:

  • Plan, develop, implement, track and optimise all paid marketing campaigns and channels.
  • Create and build campaign strategy, research keywords, analyse competitors and continue testing and optimisation.
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and all top-level account metrics.
  • Generate new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.
  • Increase CTR, quality score, conversions and conversion rates and decrease CPC.
  • Landing page optimisation / implementation.
  • Creative copy testing and optimisation.
  • Competitor analysis.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and all facets of paid search following corporate objectives.
  • Communicate to management on project development, timelines and results.
  • Create reports for management and clients
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and essential reporting tools, and highlight areas of importance.
  • Implementation of A/B, splits and multivariate testing across all accounts
  • Maintain excellent working relations with key departments and managers to ensure communication is well delivered throughout.
  • Maintain high-level knowledge of PPC industry trends and developments
  • Develop and implement new PPC strategies as the industry/market changes.

Education:

  • A-Level or equivalent (Essential)
  • Degree in Marketing (Preferred)


Experience:

  • 2-3 years hands on experience working in a PPC role.
  • A passion for following trends and data whilst using analytics to report on, and lead success.
  • Experience using PPC/SEO tools such as Google Analytics
  • The confidence to collaborate and make recommendations in line with marketing strategy and budget to both internal teams and clients.
  • Knowledge in programmatic AMB, paid social and digital display ads would be an advantage.
