Senior Planner - Northwest

Industrial/Retail Projects
Main Contractor

We are working with a National Main Contractor who are looking for a Senior Planner to join their Northwest Industrial Construction team.
The organisation are a well established business with the Northwest region being their most profitable and busiest in the country.

Role, Duties and Skills:

Project Planning for medium to large scale projects
Experience of working in the commercial build sector
P6 Primavera, MS Project, ASTA Project experience
Mentoring and developing junior planners within the team
Reporting to Planning Director/Manager
Produce project programmes for site
Work with Estimating teams at tender stage to ensure projects are priced sufficiently
Participate in project meetings
Work closely with clients -local authorities and site teams
Ensure programmes for the project are inline with design specifications
Work with the information management team to drive quality and process.
HNC/HND in Construction management
Driving licence
Degree qualified
