• Equipment List
• Line List
• Communication
• Hydraulic and Pressure Drop Calculations
• Mass and Energy Balances
• Pump Sizing Calculations
• Utility Balance and Consumptions
• Process Datasheets for Equipment and Instruments
• Create and Develop P&ID
• Create and Develop Process Flow Diagram
• Equipment Sizing Shortcut Methods and Detailed
• Process Modelling - PEL, Aspen, Hysis Flarenet
• Pressure Relief Philosophy
• Relief Valve and Bursting Disc Sizing and Specification
• Steam and Condensate Systems
• Control Valve Sizing
• Restriction Orifice Sizing
• Preparation of Technical Specification Documents for 3rd Party Design
• Knowledge of Relevant Codes and Standards
• Team Building

Requirements:

• Minimum of a degree or master's degree in a related field.
• Keep up to date with latest industry and functional standards, technology, and norms.
• Be familiar with all relevant systems.
• A good understanding of the availability and use of all relevant electronic tools and software.
• Full awareness and understanding of relevant legislation and standards, and their practical application.
• Awareness and understanding of all relevant Company Policies, processes, and procedures.
