Create is an award-winning creative and innovation team based in Soho, London made up of Producers, Project Managers, Technicians and Account Managers. Our team focus is bringing creative ideas to life in Out of Home through installations, dynamic content, technology, and future media advertising. About the role

As a Senior Producer, you’ll be responsible for working with agencies and clients to bring creative ideas to life. You’ll be responding to briefs and developing creative ideas that can be executed on our estate.

You’ll be the managing the end-to-end creative process, from pitching ideas to managing pre-production alongside our expert production partners. You will champion the creative idea once in production, working with our Project Managers to ensure that client and audience expectations are met.

You’ll be able to confidently present work, make complex ideas simple to understand and keep all parties up-to-speed as projects progress.

What you’ll be doing

Creative development and management

• Generating ideas and responding to briefs
• Developing user journeys for audience engagement and interaction
• Preparing proposals for new work, including budgets
• Day to day management from brief through to production for both classic and tech focussed projects
• Compiling project documentations, including Campaign and Supplier Plans, to ensure alignment on project objectives and delivery and ensuring these are kept up to date, progress and meet expectations.

• Ensure and maintain profitability across projects.
• Constant evaluation of creative solutions providers and new opportunities across our estate

Proactive stakeholder engagement

• Ensuring excellent relevant and timely communication with all project stakeholders and building strong, trusting relationships both internally and externally with clients and suppliers. 

• Partnering with the Project Managers to cast the right production partner for each brief
• Partnering with our Agency Sales teams on client engagement
• Collaborating with Marketing teams to create assets to promote our work and enter awards

What we’re looking for

• An expert track record of pitching and delivering creative solutions.
• Experience managing projects through a whole project lifecycle.
• Knowledge of production processes and managing suppliers of creative services 
• Confident in delivering proposals and presentations using tools and technology.
• Ability to influence at all levels of an organisation, both internally and externally 

• Organised with the ability to plan and manage multiple briefs to meet deadlines.
• Proven problem-solving ability, with a keen eye for process improvement.
• Desirable to have experience of delivering OOH creative solutions.
