Senior Product Manager

Location:

This is a hybrid role for candidates residing within the UK. You will be required to travel to the office in Reading.


You will play a big part in driving and setting our future strategic direction for your products, as well as ensuring the success of our product with existing customers and prospects, and assisting the wider team set our portfolio product vision and strategy.


On a day-to-day basis of a Senior Product Manager, this is what you can expect:

  • Understand and articulate the value proposition of the products
  • Document the market needs and requirements from industry and market research
  • Analyse the competition, ensuring our products have clear differentiation and our sales team are equipped with your analysis
  • Create product planning documents across the product lifecycle, ranging from strategic documents for long-range planning, to release plans and requirements for immediate releases
  • Work with product marketing and marketing to create compelling customer materials, sales collateral and release value messaging
  • Work with the wider product team to guide our portfolio product vision and strategy
  • Run our roadmapping activity cadence for your area
  • Coach junior members of the team in product techniques and skills

If you have the following skills, you may be a perfect fit:

  • 4+ years experience in B2B software product management
  • Experience with HCM software or a related industry is beneficial
  • Ability to balance competing demands and priorities, articulating compelling, data-backed reasons for your prioritisation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at any one time, balancing your time on those tasks
  • Experience in working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
