About the Company :

My client is on a mission to transform care for society's most vulnerable people. As one of the fastest-growing Care Software start-ups in the UK, they’re seeking to digitalise a core component of the social care sector through innovative technology solutions.


Role Overview :

As Senior Product Manager you will lead the development of their care management platform, responsible for a high-profile project around scheduling and appointments. . You will be responsible for driving product strategy, prioritizing features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align product development with business objectives.
  • Lead the enhancement of our mobile app, with a focus on implementing scheduling features.
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of feature development, from discovery to launch.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to cross-functional product teams.


Requirements :

  • Proven experience working on a SaaS product within the B2B space.
  • Experience in start-up or scale-up environments.
  • Useful but not essential is a background in design, usability, and user experience (UX) principles.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and business acumen.
  • Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of data and analytics.
  • Previous experience in health tech is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to manage and mentor cross-functional teams.
