Full Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Shared Service Centre in Bradford.  This is hybrid working – 2 days in the office, 3 days remote.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Transformation function, to help us build, launch and enhance innovative products that meet the needs of our customers.

Working with LSS Leadership team to define the approach and strategy for LSS Product Management, you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch and beyond.

What will you be doing?

  • Conduct market research, user studies, and competitor analysis to identify market needs and product opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  • Define the product vision and roadmap from PoC, MVP and versions of product.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data, technology, design, marketing, sales, commercial and operations to define product requirements and specifications and prioritise these.
  • Lead the product development process, overseeing design, development, testing, and launch.
  • Drive product launches, working closely with the marketing, sales teams and Operational teams to ensure successful execution and adoption.
  • Analyse product performance, user feedback, and market trends to iterate and improve the product continually.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the product space.
  • Owns the Product Delivery roadmap to time, cost and quality measures.
  • Works with Transformation Directors to agree resource allocation to enable delivery of product roadmap.
  • Work with commercial to monetise product and secure IP.

We tend to look for people with:

  • Experience in product management, with a successful track record of bringing products to market.
  • Understanding of product development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc).
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and a user-centric approach to product development.
  • Proficiency in project management and product management tools.
  • Proven experience working with technologies and delivering digitisation projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including exposure to the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Resilience – organised, motivated and adaptable in the face of changing priorities.
  • Attention to detail – gets things right first time through effective self-review, and by critically challenging data inputs and explanations.
