Senior Programme Manager - Manufacturing

What's the opportunity

Reporting to the VP of Manufacturing, this role will lead the Contract Manufacturing Agreement (CMA) and manufacturing programme activities in line with our partners.

What you'll do

• Creating and collaborating across various functions and with our manufacturing partner to design, develop and deploy contract manufacturing governance structures & processes
• Integrating and implementing manufacturing programme management within the vehicle programme and business
• Creating and delivering reporting of the CMA and manufacturing programmes
• Managing the delivery of manufacturing programme planning activities within defined cost structures and quality standards
• Leading and tracking the on-time delivery of the CMA and associated documentation whilst driving solutions of programme issues with out manufacturing partner

Who you are

• Proven track record of delivery of programme/project management with a commercial emphasis
• Proven experience within manufacturing – automotive or aerospace (desirable)
• Demonstrate experience in creating projects governance, process and project plans
• Degree or equivalent experience within engineering or manufacturing (desirable)
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Positive influence and passion for creating an inclusive work environment and fostering a culture of collaboration.
