One of my clients in Manchester is looking to expand their current team by bringing in experienced Project Managers at a Senior level.

They sit as a prominent project management consultancy firm specialising in the delivery of construction projects, offering a range of services including project management, cost management, and consultancy services to clients across various sectors including commercial, residential, retail, and healthcare.

Qualifications

• Hold or be pursuing a Project Management Qualification from APM, RICS, or similar institutions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in adopting and managing best practice Project Management methodologies.
• Possess knowledge of pre and post-contract Project Management responsibilities and adeptly deliver these services to clients.
• Exhibit the ability to oversee projects throughout their entire lifecycle with a focus on Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Education and Industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Uphold superior project and programme management standards throughout the duration of the project.
• Offer clients knowledgeable advice regarding project expenses, timelines, dangers, and difficulties.
• Lead professional teams with a variety of disciplines.
• Oversee interactions and communications with stakeholders and clients.
• Create thorough monthly reports that include risk assessments, project schedules, and other information.
• To improve project productivity, put effective communication tools into practice.
• Create delivery strategies, involve stakeholders, and make sure the project's goals are met.
