Who are they?

Join a global property consultancy renowned for its commitment to transparency and a culture that values individuals beyond statistics. Based in Bristol, you'll be part of a tight-knit PM team of four, nestled within a larger office environment of 50 professionals specializing in other disciplines (BS, QS, and Fund Monitoring.) With secured fees extending until February next year and a consistent track record of winning new projects, this consultancy stands out for its sustained profitability, attributed to its efficient operations and low overhead costs.

What are they looking for?

The successful candidate will be a chartered professional (CHPP or RICS) with a couple of years of experience OR a highly motivated, ambitious Project Manager, ready to step up into a Senior position. You will have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects within the private sector in excess of £5m.

While sector-specific experience is not paramount due to the diverse range of projects undertaken – spanning industrial, retail, residential, and other private developments – adaptability and a willingness to learn are highly valued.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee team members to some extent and actively contribute to team expansion efforts. You will embody qualities of determination, approachability, and a strong work ethic, while also maintaining a positive and enjoyable work environment, mirroring the ethos of the existing team.

Internal development within the team is a focus area– this will the last Senior appointment this year, in aid of promoting & upskilling the team within.

What type of projects you can expect to work on
Their project portfolio sits exclusively within the private sector, spanning a wide spectrum from £2 million office fit-outs to £85 million, 500,000 square feet new-build developments.

The projects are diversified, with approximately 40% dedicated to commercial, 30% to industrial, and the remaining 30% covering a diverse array of other project types. Currently, the consultancy is actively managing multiple ongoing projects, including four office refurbishments, two new-build industrial projects, a retail park and much more.

Remuneration & Benefits

* ‘Profit share bonus structure’ -paid out twice a year. Based on company, team & individual performance – majority linked to the amount of fee generated through your own project delivery.
