Job Title: Senior Project Manager x2
Location: Central London
Type: Permanent - Office based
Salary: 65,000 - 80,000 + PAckage

Our client, a serial award-winning force in the modular market, has achieved impressive success, doubling turnover yearly for the last 5 years to reach 150 million turnover with secured projects until 2030. With a team bolstered by top talent from Tier 1 / top consultancies, they are seeking 2 technically excellent Senior Project Managers to lead teams on significant DFE Framework projects. In this role, you'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, guiding projects from feasibility to handover. This position demands the Senior Project Managers to have technical prowess and proactive project management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop the delivery strategy and provide the drive and focus throughout project lifecycles to ensure that Client, Project and company objectives are met, promoting best practice and company policies at each stage.
  • Lead and drive in-house teams (Design Management, Commercial Management, Production, Site Operations and Aftercare) to ensure that Client, Project and company objectives are met and the Client receives a seamless and flawless project delivery experience
  • Cultivate, own and maintain effective relationships with the client and all stakeholders
  • Develop and manage project and package scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Determine resource requirements (staffing, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitation

Required Skills & Experience
  • Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline/or equivalent work experience
  • Established PM, having worked with or from a consultancy or principal contracting background
  • Member of APM/RICS/CIOB/ICE or equivalent professional organisation, or actively working towards membership
  • Experience of working throughout all project stages from inception through to the end of defects period
  • Experience of Modular building desirable but not essential
