Full Job Description

Senior Property Manager – London 
£32,500 Basic Salary + Commission (Average £4000 per annum)
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm

• As a Senior Property Manager you will look after a smaller portfolio of 90 well looked after residential properties.
• You will take over the property once the tenant is appointed, paper work complete and deposits take.
• Manage to day to day maintenance and compliance tasks associate with your portfolio. 
• Schedule and conduct yearly inspections. 
• Support, advise and give guidance to the other 5 Property Managers. 
• Maintaining and monitoring of compliance (gas certs, electric certs, EPC certs, Legionella certs, asbestos certs, etc).
• Issuing of all relevant notices (section 8, 20 & 21) to repossess leasehold properties
