Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the commercial management of high-profile construction projects, ensuring their successful delivery from inception to completion.
• Oversee cost control, procurement, and contract administration, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, valuations, and final accounts, maintaining transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide expert advice on contractual matters, navigating complex contracts such as JCT and NEC forms with ease.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and trust.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a Tier 1 Main Contractor.
• Proven track record of success in commercial management, with a deep understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and integrity.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
