To 95k + 10k bonus + car allowance + benefits

My client is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the lead commercial role on a 60M residential development near Bristol comprising of 3-4 story apartments and housing with over 175 units in total.

The project is already underway and is due for completion in early 2026.

The client is a very well-funded blue chip developer contractor.

The ideal candidate will either have a background in large volume house building or main contracting ideally working on student accommodation projects with a wealth of commercial construction knowledge.

You will be responsible for procurement, CVR s, valuations, variations, value engineering and measurements. You will be fully commercially responsible for this project and working in a team with at least another Assistant Surveyor under the Commercial Director.

This is a fixed term contract with an above market salary to 95k plus car allowance, benefits and completion bonus of up to 10k
