Senior Quantity Surveyor - M&E Consultancy

45000-55000 + Bonus + Benefits

Start date - May/June

Mechanical and Electrical Consultancy established over 50 years ago and specialising in the North-West are expanding their middle management team and are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who wants a Commercial Manager position leading a team and acting as a primary point of contact to clients ensuring project excellence.

To apply the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will need to ideally be Chartered, have been in the industry for a minimum of 7+ years and have experience in implementing strategic success, cost management and JCT/NEC contracts.

Mainly office based, projects will all be in the North-West, you will be given the autonomy to adapt the role to ensure continued business progression and it is seen as the perfect role for a candidate looking to make a step up in their career, eventually moving into a director role.
