**Senior Quantity Surveyor - Northwest House Builder**

My client is a reputable housebuilding company operating primarily in the United Kingdom, with a strong presence in the Northwest region of England. They specialize in developing various housing projects, from small-scale developments to larger communities, offering diverse housing options.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for preparing, managing, and controlling all site development costs and budgets. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintain budget control
• Produce accurate bi-monthly valuations
• Procure sub-contractors, goods, and materials
• Payment approvals and processing
• Prepare valuation reports
• Liaise with site team and sub-contractors
• Provide support to the commercial department

**Qualifications/Experience/Requirements:**

To be considered for this role, you must have:

Experience within the house building sector

HND or Degree qualified

Driving Licence
