Senior Quantity Surveyor

Full Job Description

PSR is working with a specialist infrastructure contractor. Our client has secured significant funding for a future work pipeline, operating in the Highways and Civils market. We have been asked to source a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial function.

Candidates with NEC form of contract experience in any construction or civil engineering field will be considered for the role.

Duties Include:

• Procurement and letting of sub-contract packages
• Sub-contract account management
• Monthly valuations and variations
• Monthly reporting
• Internal liaison
• Administration of NEC form of contracts

Salary & Package

The salary on offer is negotiable, dependent on an individuals experience. Candidates whom have undertaken a similar role previously, with an equivalent contractor should be able to achieve the higher end of the salary bracket
