Senior Quantity Surveyor - Fund Monitoring

Full Job Description

Calibre Search are delight to be working closely with a strong and independent SME Consultancy who are now eager to bring in a Senior to Associate level Quantity Surveyor to join their ranks based just North of Manchester.

They have some brilliant Commercial developer clients on board which you will oversee their high profile development sites across the North of England offering a range of cost management and fund monitoring services. This will include advising on project feasibility, technical due diligence and stakeholder management to name a few.

If you're successful, this role offers in the long term the potential to buy a fair share into the business as one of the directors will be looking to retire in the coming years which in return offers a healthy range of clients for you to manage and gain profit shares of the business which you won't find often.
