A market leading Construction & Property Consultancy in Manchester is looking to add a dynamic Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a thriving Consultancy with 7 offices nationwide and more than 30 across the world.

This award-winning firm works across a broad variety of sectors including Affordable Housing, Government, Education, Health, Office, Hospitality, Private Residential, and Sport. Providing a stimulating environment for professional growth.

With no ceiling on progression opportunities, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will receive ample support from the Directors & Partners alongside a tailored career plan to help achieve Associate Director and beyond.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• RICS Accredited degree qualification
• A strong QS background within Consultancy environments
• Excellent Pre & Post Contract experience
• MRICS ideally or currently working towards
