Senior Recruiter - Norway

The role:

We specialise in Technology, Engineering and Life Sciences, three industries that are rapidly growing. Given the nature of these, we are able to make an impact, working with big names in the industries in Norway, ensuring further growth and development.

The successful candidate will :

• Actively source and headhunt new candidates within the given markets in Norway.
• Grow and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates.
• Identify market trends, recognising room for development and progression of already existing markets.
• Negotiate and build relationships with senior level stakeholders.
• Develop and help to establish new markets, offices, and industries for the business.
• Manage the recruitment process, from initial candidate call to offer stage and beyond.
• Negotiate salary rates and terms, ensuring client and candidate are satisfied with the finalised offer.
• Book client meetings with new and existing clients across Norway.

Who you are:

• Prior recruitment experience, preferably 2+ years
• Experience within Norwegian Technology, Engineering or Life Science markets (perm or contract)
• Degree qualified preferred
• A hardworking, resilient, and entrepreneurial attitude
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ambition, the ability to self-start, and a strong competitive nature
• Native Norwegian language proficiency required
• Fluent English Language proficiency required
