THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE A PROVEN TRACK RECORD WORKING IN A 'GOOD' OR 'OUTSTANDING' GRADED CHILDREN'S HOME AND BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRABLY MEET THE ABILITIES, VALUES AND SKILLS NEEDED TO THRIVE IN THIS THIS ROLE.
YOU WILL AS A MINIMUM THE HOLD THE LEVEL 3 DIPLOMA IN
CHILDREN'S
RESIDENTIAL CHILDCARE AND SHOULD BE COMMITTED TO WORKING
TOWARDS THE LEVEL 5.
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHARE ON CALL RESPONSIBILITIES UP TO ONE WEEK PER MONTH AND DO TWO OVERNIGHT SLEEP-INS PER WEEK INCLUDED WITHIN YOUR ANNUAL SALARY. ADDITIONAL SLEEP-INS WILL BE PAID AT 55 PER NIGHT.
SAFEGUARDING CHILDREN AND TEAM IS A TOP PRIORITY FOR THE CLIENTS HOME AND THE RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE IS DESIGNED TO EMPHASISE COMMITMENT TO SAFEGUARDING. THE PROCEDURE WILL AS A MINIMUM INCLUDE AN ENHANCED DBS CHECK, CAREFUL SCRUTINY OF APPLICATIONS, VERIFICATION OF APPROPRIATE QUALIFICATIONS AND ACQUIRING REFERENCES.
