Senior Account Manager (Toys) - Digital Family Entertainment Network


Are you a Digital Account Manager with experince of managing major Toy Brand clients as well as delivering campaigns across digital display, video, CTV, mobile etc? Location: Flexible/Remote


About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing client accounts, with a particular focus on working within the Kids and Family Entertainment space. They will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key toy clients and their agencies, including but not limited to Mattel, Lego, MGA, Hasbro, Spin Master & Moose and agencies like GenerationMedia.


Key Responsibilities:


Collaborate with ad ops teams to set up and successfully run both direct and programmatic (PG only) campaigns.

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize campaign performance and maximize revenue opportunities.

Provide regular reports and updates to clients on campaign progress and performance metrics.

Qualifications:


Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager or similar role within the digital advertising industry.

Strong understanding of ad operations, including the setup and management of direct and programmatic campaigns.

Existing relationships with key toy clients and their agencies in the Kids and Family Entertainment space.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets.

Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
