Senior Sales  Negotiator - Residential Estate & Letting Agency
Abingdon, OX14
Salary: Basic £27,000 OTE £42,000
 
We are seeking an individual with a proven track record, ambition, and adept negotiation skills.
 
The ideal candidate will possess articulate communication skills, exude confidence in client interactions, and demonstrate proficiency in listing and selling property. 
 
 
Responsibilities:

• Spearhead business development initiatives and increase Listing 
• Negotiate Sales 
• Deliver top-notch customer service consistently
• Exhibit a professional demeanour reflective of our agency's standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator
• Strong sales acumen
• Exceptional customer service aptitude
• Positive phone etiquette
• Well-groomed, ambitious, and self-driven
• Familiarity with Abingdon area is advantageous
• Valid driver's license is mandatory
• Commitment to professionalism in all estate agency dealings
