Role Overview:

• Provide senior scrub experience for the smooth operation of the Ophthalmic theatre.
• Ensure safe, effective, and efficient patient care, adhering to departmental policies and standards.
• Mentor and lead theatre team nurses, Operating Department Practitioners (ODP), and support workers.
• Support staff development, retention, and recruitment efforts.
