Senior Service Desk Engineer - London

Contract - Initial 6 months

On Site


One of the largest global broking firms in London is hiring a Team Leader for the Service Desk supporting staff globally both face to face and remotely. You will primarily be working from the London office alongside infrastructure and security teams whilst building and developing relationships with other teams and stakeholders in various locations.


You will be guiding the team and providing technical direction to the other team members, developing and mentoring through leading by example. This is a second / third line position where you will be expected to bridge the gap between service desk and infrastructure. As a senior member of the team, you will maintain the team rota, report and maintain KPIs for service desk, enhance and develop policies, procedures and documentation.


We are looking for indepth experience in Server Administration, Microsoft, Citirix, Azure Active Directory, Teams, Anti-Virus / Bitlocker encryption and ideally ITIL Foundation. This is a very fast paced company and a busy, professional service desk environment where you will be expected to have exceptional customer services skills and work with the highest level of stakeholders.
