Senior Site Manager | Super-Prime New Build Residential Single DwellingSouth West London (Prime Postcode) | Permanent
Salary (negotiable) | up to circa 85,000 + bonus
Start May 2024
The Company:
This 15-year-old contractor, that specialises in the prime residential market, generally works on projects from circa 2m - 10m. Easy-going, family-feel, non-contractual and flexible business.
The Project:
They have a project in South West London due to start in May, and are looking for a senior site manager to deliver the scheme. The project is circa 6m in build cost, and comprises a new basement dig (under existing building), swimming pool, new roof, complete refurb and high-end fit-out with a full landscaping package.
Experience Required:
Previous experience as a No1 on site (reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager) on projects up to circa 7m (at least)
High-End Residential / Super-Prime Residential
Basement Digs and builds
Client-facing
Excellent communication skills
Competent programming skills (they use Microsoft Projects)
Familiarity with Procore (advantageous not essential)
Used to reporting and actioning and chairing progress meetings
This position could also be known as: Senior Site Manager, Construction Manager and Project Manager
