Job Title: Senior Site Manager

Location: West Midlands, Shropshire, Shrewsbury

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £63,000 - £68,000 Per annum + package

A leading Housing Developer in the West Midlands is looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager for a traditional development in Shrewsbury. This cash-rich business has a strong pipeline of new sites starting this year, offering stability and security. You will receive a training and development pathway from day one, enabling quick progression up the career ladder.

Job Duties:

• Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor and control project budgets and timelines
• Report progress to senior management

Required Qualifications:

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• First Aid Certification
• CSCS Black Card
• NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management
• Full UK Driving Licence

Required Experience:

•  3+ years experience as a number 1 Site Manager on new build housing projects
• PLC House Building experience
