Job Title: Senior Site Manager

Location: Guildford

Salary: 65,000 - 75,000 + Car allowance + Pension + Holiday

Start Date: June / July

Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of this project.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all aspects of site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Leading and motivating the site team to deliver exceptional results while maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Collaborating with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Implementing rigorous quality control measures to ensure the highest construction standards are met.
  • Keeping a sharp eye on health and safety compliance, fostering a culture of safety on-site.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale industrial and commercial projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Adept at problem-solving and decision-making.
  • A deep commitment to quality and safety.
  • Relevant certifications and qualifications (CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, etc.).
