Senior Site Manager/Project Manager – Cladding Project – Flagship Scheme
Salary: £75k-£80k plus package or £300-£350pd
Location: North London
 
Our client, a well-established Design, Build, Fit-Out, and Refurbishment contractor, specialising in providing construction and engineering solutions for customers nationwide across a variety of sectors, including Healthcare & Pharmaceutical, Data Centres, Industrial & Manufacturing, Commercial Office, Public Buildings & Estates and Education.
 
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Site or Project Manager to lead a flagship residential scheme in North London. This is an 18-month project on behalf of a key client. Due to the new cladding & fire regulations, you will be responsible for overseeing a total overhaul of the existing cladding and replacing it with brand-new cladding.
 
As the Senior Site or Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the project from inception through to completion, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for overseeing and managing the project teams, ensuring that all necessary resources are in place and that projects are completed to the client's satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities as Senior Site or Project Manager

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Oversee and manage project teams
• Ensure all necessary resources are in place
• Ensure projects are completed to the client's satisfaction

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in cladding projects
• Proven track record of successfully managing Design, Build, Fit-Out, and Refurbishment projects
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
