Senior Software Developer
Salary: 55k - 60k
Location: Remote (1x visit to Loughborough per quarter)
As a Software Developer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
- Developing the next generation of cloud based clinical encoding solutions
- Actively participating in discussions as to the design, approach and testing of software
- Ensuring that technical documents are comprehensive and up-to-date
- Ensuring best practices are being followed, e.g. security and development patterns
- Developing and maintain through testing plans
- Supporting the commercial teams when necessary
Your Skills and Expertise:
- Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) or equivalent commercial experience
- Five (5) years of cloud based web development in a private, public, government or military environment
- Five years of experience in programming with Java and/or C# (.Net, .Net Core)
- Five years of experience with production AWS cloud-based solutions, full lifecycle
- Three years of experience with front end JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular)
- Experience with MongoDb or other document based databases
- Experience with SQL/Relational Databases
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Scrum Master qualification
- Experience working in agile teams
- Experience working across multiple teams
- Previous experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, NHS
- AWS Certification
- Experience of Openinsight or other PICK based database systems (Multi-value)
