Our client, a leading innovation & transformation consulting firm in London, is seeking a Senior Solution Architect with expertise in AWS and a strong background in software engineering. As a Senior Solution Architect, you will play a key role in architecting and delivering innovative solutions that drive business success for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs, technical requirements, and strategic goals.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure solutions on the AWS cloud platform.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring solutions are aligned with best practices and architectural standards.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement by staying updated on the latest AWS services, trends, and industry developments.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making and driving successful project outcomes.
• Mentor and coach junior architects and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on AWS cloud technology and software engineering.
• Strong understanding of AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, and CloudFormation.
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing complex solutions, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Relevant AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
