As a SeniorSous Chef, you will form part of the management team with the controland responsibility of ensuring the team is working as one. You will also takean active role in mentoring across all levels to build a stable and honestworking environment. Supporting your Head Chef in daily tasks and running theoperation comfortably in the Head Chef’s absence.
