Our partner is seeking talented Senior Systems Engineers to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will collaborate with defence customers to deliver innovative solutions across various technical programs. This customer-facing role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.

Key responsibilities include leading project design and development, providing technical expertise, and supporting complex trials and engineering tasks.

Requirements:

• BEng/BSc or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong leadership in systems engineering with experience in product development.
• Practical electronics experience, including hardware, firmware, and software.
• Experience with prototyping, new product development, and low-rate production.
• Ability to develop technical documentation and manage engineering projects.
• Proficiency in requirements management, engineering lifecycle reviews, and configuration management.
• Knowledge of Electronic Warfare (C5ISR) and Military and Civil Communications Systems.
