Senior Tax Manager | London | Up to £105,000 + LTIPS + 10% Bonus + Commission

Do you want Big 4 quality work, but in a more entrepreneurial, agile environment offering fast progression and LTIPS?

We're excited to be partnering with this firm that has been started-up by Big 4 leaders, with the backing of one of the largest US-based consultancies.

The UK team already has a strong mix of well-known market leaders from both Big 4 & mid-market firms, bringing a strong flow of inbound work.

Given the UK is effectively a start-up, it will have an entrepreneurial feel, where you’ll be involved in helping with BD activities, relationship management and delivery on some exciting work.

This will in turn facilitate accelerated progression, without the usual red tape you’ll be used to elsewhere!

Role : Corporate Tax Senior Manager (Corporate Tax Associate Director )

Location : London

Compensation : Up to £105,000 Basic (DOE)

+ 10% bonus

+ % of commission on new business

+ LTIPs

Your duties include:

• As the trusted relationship partner, you'll look to identify areas of growth, without the usual red tape being in place.
• The vision for the next 24 months is to provide tax services to portfolio companies and PE funds and double in size YOY.
• You'll have a key focus on the entrepreneurial and exciting mid-market space, where you'll be able to curate and sustain relationships. Experience with clients in this space would also be beneficial.
• You'll help drive the growth of the business with the support of the MDs and Partner. This will of course in turn grow your LTIP portion, as well as the immediate commission from the first year. Win, win, win!
