Senior Trade Support Analyst - Hedge Fund – 80-120k base + 100% bonus potential

Full Job Description

A multi-billion dollar AUM, global, multi-manager hedge fund are looking to hire an experienced trade support professional into its rapidly expanding London office.

The hire will work in a small, specialist trade support team, working hands-on whilst also supervising 2-3 more junior team members. The hands-on remit combines operations (oversight of what is outsourced), trader assistant (on desk tasks) and project management / tech (50% of the role) responsibilities - the hire will become an advanced user of SQL, Python and VBA once fully developed in this role.

Candidates should ideally have 5yrs+ relevant operations/trade support/MO/TA experience, excellent academics and advanced tech skills.

The role will pay a strong performer a year one £150-200k total comp package (bonuses in the team are typically 50-70%, but as a more senior hire a 100% bonus is possible), however from year 2 onwards the hire can expect to target a £200-250k TC if both they + the fund perform to an exceptional standard.
